Cauliflower Burgers (aka "cauliburgers")
1 medium cauliflower
6 organic range-free eggs (separate yolks and whites)
3 tbsp flax seed flour
3 tbsp gluten-free flour
salt
1 tsp nutmeg
Process cauliflower in a food processor. Place in a large bowl, add egg yolks, salt, flowers and nutmeg. Mix everything together and let it sit. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. In a small bowl whisk egg whites with whisker until thickens. Add egg whites and mix everything together until it is light runny bather. Place bather with a large spoon into hot oil to make burgers. Let them cook for 10 minutes or until golden on each side. Serve with green salad or cooked potatoes. Click here to join
